Milking

Since 1992, the milking room has been equipped with the most sophisticated mechanical milking equipment : the "rotolactor".

Thanks to this machine, the goats come on their own to be milked two times a day.

A voluntary act which relieves their stress and allows us to procure high quality fresh milk throughout the year.

With the help of this technology, we have been the European leader of goat milk production, since 1997.
