Since 1993, we have placed electronic tracers
in the tail of all our goats. Computer management of our
herd enables us to know the stage of lactation of each goat,
to identify the leaders and to determine the amount of livestock.
We may also adapt the food according
to the needs of our goats, and the tastes of our clients !
In other words, for every cheese made we are
able to track its entire production all the way back to the
nourishment of the goats : traceability ensures strict quality
while remaining completely transparent.
