Fresh, authentic cheeses with refined flavours
: our original specialties may be enjoyed with an aperitif,
as a cold first course, at a festive meal or at parties.
We offer cheeses in various formats, mini-logs,
straw-bound with fruit (prunes, grapes, walnuts, figs...)
in mini-terrines of tomato and spinach or even Satonnay
or Chevry. Not to forget stronger cheeses, Cervelle de
Canut and freshly drained Caillé. Farmed, raw milk goat cheese
(minimum 45% fat).
