Lardu :
A fresh cheese, round and flat possessing a finesse which is
enhanced by a slice of smoked bacon wrapped around it.
Cooking instructions : frying pan, grill, oven, or barbecue, cook
2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and it's ready. May be served
on a salad of your choice.
Farmed, raw milk goat cheese (minimum 45% fat). Smoked bacon (minimum
20g).
