Our agricultural cultivation produces the entire sum of grains
and fodder necessary for feeding our 1700 milking goats in the
traditional manner. Thus we are able to produce an extensive
line of fresh milk cheeses all year round.
To accompany our cheeses, we suggest a white wine
from Mâconnais.
