Each step involved in manufacturing our line of cheeses is very precisely defined in order to obtain, a product which, while ardently respecting hygiene regulations, remains natural and wholesome, as well as possessing character and personality.

These manufacturing methods conform perfectly to the clauses and conditions outlined by the future Controlled Appellation (A.O.C.) Mâconnais Goat Cheese and Charollais Goat Cheese.
