How to serve them ?

The ideal temperature for consuming our fresh goat cheese is between 4 to 6°, and between 10 to 12 for those that are medium to ripe.

All cheeses should be brought to room temperature approximately two hours before being served in order for all their flavours to be released.

At breakfast, as a first course, as an hors d'oeuvre or for the cheese course, we recommend that they be accompanied by regional wines (Mâcon Village, Mâcon Viré...), red or white, so as to enhance the finesse of their aromas.
