The Nineties : modern times.

The acquisition of the most modern technological methods at the cheese dairy, as well as in cultivation areas, during the last ten years : the addition of a revolutionary milking room (1992), computerization of the herd (1993). Next, in order to adhere to European standards, the cheese dairy is expanded and a system ensuring bacteriological quality (H.A.C.C.P.) is put into place; the livestock is divided into different groups so as to limit sanitary risks (1996).

The livestock reaches 1300 goats.
