We have succeeded in preserving traditional
and extensive rearing and feeding methods while still
adhering to European standards:
- no chemical improvements nor chemical fertilizers
are used in our meadows,
- less than 10 goats/ha of forage area- a daily ration of dry
or green fodder and grains,
- no antibiotic treatment- observance of the clauses and conditions
outlined by the future Mâconnais and Charollais A.O.C.
